CarSolutions.dk is open 24 hours a day, which makes it possible to order goods around the clock.

You find the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods. All prices on CarSolutions is inclusive of VAT, any other taxes and delivery. If you are a business customer and logged in to your account, the prices will be excl. VAT.

When you are ready to order, click on "Basket". Then fill in the fields with your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method, and choose the delivery method.

The amount of your purchase will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped. If you have ordered items with assembly, payment will be made on the same day as the assembly takes place. In the case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted. We reserve the right to price and printing errors on the website, and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and / or obvious error.

Delivery

Delivery of goods takes place within 5 working days, however, subject to goods in backorder, we will then inform about delivery time via email.

Right of Cancellation

When you shop at CarSolutions, you as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you have received your goods. If you have goods that need to be returned, you must contact us by email and make a further arrangement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be in original packaging and without signs of use, otherwise the request for return will be rejected.

For ordered goods, special rules apply to returns, these goods cannot be returned. If you have any questions about the order item, send us an email before ordering.

The freight of the purchase will not be refunded in the case of a refund.

Business purchases:

For business customers, the following special conditions apply:

  • No right of withdrawal
  • 6 month warranty
  • Shipping in connection with complaint cases is at your own expense

Complaints

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

Please contact us before sending the item. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Freight in connection with complaints is the buyer's own responsibility.

It is important that you have made an agreement with us BEFORE you send the goods back, otherwise they will be sent back to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.

IMPORTANT: We expect you to ship the goods as soon as you have given notice of withdrawal.

The item must be securely wrapped so that it is not damaged during transport.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

Refund

When we receive the item, it will be reviewed and you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment used in the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.
